Repair of my leaking asphalt roof was done on the next day. The crew showed up early on a Saturday and was finished shortly after lunch. While inspecting the leaking roof of the house Gene noticed that the 50-year-old roof of my detached garage needed replacing. He added that to the job and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Both jobs were completed on the same day by 2 pm. Complicating the leak repair was its location near installed solar panels. They were able to feather the repair up to the panels and after a 1.5-inch rainstorm today I inspected the attic and found it completely dry.
