Gene was the salesman and was honest. He didn’t try to upsell me anything, he actually talked me out from getting gutter guards. It took about two weeks to get to me with the rain and other jobs they had going on. Which seems reasonable as I wasn’t really in a rush anyways. They replace my roof in 1 day. Sure the clean-up could have been better but you can’t expect them to get everything.
