Needed some repairs on my trim around my dormers. They were very responsive on a weekend to get back to me and efficiently take a look at the issue. They were very willing to work with me in handling the repairs and did an excellent job. Giancarlo stood out immediately, he took the time to explain the job in detail, walked me through all my options, and even helped me decide on the perfect shingle color. I was provided with a clear, detailed estimate, and everything was explained upfront, which made me feel very comfortable. I had seen Matute’s trucks all over Wayne, so I already knew they were trusted by many of my neighbors. Their quote was fair, thousands lower than one competitor, and the communication was excellent. Giancarlo kept me updated on the schedule, and once a date was set, they stuck to it. Materials were delivered the day before, and the crew arrived on time. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, taking extra care to cover my shrubs and protect my property. By the time they finished, my lawn was spotless, you wouldn’t have known an entire roof had just been replaced.
